To ensure optimal and responsible management of the company in the interest of all stakeholders, a structured, comprehensive and future-oriented corporate governance is needed.
For this reason we have equipped ourselves with a coherent and widespread set of rules, in order to ensure the correct and transparent functioning of all governance bodies and control systems.
These include rules, conduct, processes, relationships, company systems, the code of ethics and the organisation, management and control model (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001).
